Meeting for Players and Parents

Monday, January 30, 7:00pm

Tulsa Hills Church - 840 W. 81^st

 

Help us get the word out.  The golf team organizational meeting will include information on the following.  We need both PLAYERS AND PARENTS to be in attendance.  This year I will be depending on the involvement of parents heavily, so please make it a point to be at the meeting. 

 

The following items will be addressed:

 

Varsity and Jr. Varsity Teams

·         4+ needed for Varsity Team

·         8+ needed for Varsity and JV teams

 

Fees

·         Practice                $ 50 Approximate(One time charge)

·         Course Play        $ 8 per round

·         Tournament       $35 per tournament (approximate)

·         Uniforms             $

 

Practice Schedule

·         Page Belcher and LaFortune (Par 3)

·         Begins Feb. 14,

·         Tuesday – Course Play 3-5pm

·          Thursday – Driving Range 3:30-5pm

·         Inter-squad competition with other schools as schedule allows. 

 

Tournament schedule (We plan to attend at least 5 Local Tournaments)

·         March 27

·         April 3

·         May 8-10, Homeschool National Tournament

 

Fundraising Opportunities

·         NOAH Scramble Tournament

·         Chick fil a night

 

Parent Involvement

·         Drive to local tournaments

·         Chaperone course play on occasion

·         Organize National Tournament Details

·         Uniforms
